Street Fighter 6 has Ninja Commando's father from Captain Commando appearing and being mentioned so it seems Captain Commando is part of Street Fighter too, or it will be in the future.at least a version of the Captain Commando team.ĭon't know if there are any other canon connections or at least heavy implications, though i like the idea that in the future of Street Fighter, there may be a time where the world has a super hero team where one of the members is a baby piloting a robot suit.
Rival Schools is in the same setting too, as Sakura appeared in it and Dan Hibiki's cousin is there too, though it took until Street Fighter 5 for a Rival Schools character to be playable in Street Fighter.
This came up in another thread, but Street Fighter has made crossovers with other Capcom games and made them be part of the same universe or at least share characters, not talking about cameos in the background of stages, i am talking about characters who are directly mentioned by the plot or became playable characters.įinal Fight has had several characters in, Mike Haggar hasn't been playable in SF, but he's appeared so Slam Masters is part of Street Fighter too, it is heavily implied Zeku from Street Fighter 5 will create Striders and his fighting style has elements of those from Strider Hiryu, so it implies Strider will occur in the far future or at least Hiryu will be in a world where Street Fighter happened.
